Muusamentorointi käynnistyy Varsinais-Suomessa – osallistujat ja mentorit aloittavat yhteisen matkansa
Varsinais-Suomen muusamentorointi käynnistyy innostuneissa tunnelmissa. Vastaanotimme yhteensä 70 hakemusta, ja nyt osallistujat sekä 12 muusamentoria ovat aloittamassa yhteisen matkansa kohti oivalluksia, suuntaa ja kasvua.
Osallistujista 42 on tähän mennessä vastannut aloituskyselyyn tähän mennessä, jossa kartoitettiin heidän odotuksiaan mentorointimatkan alkaessa. Yleisimmät toiveet liittyvät oman urapolun ja tulevaisuuden suunnan selkeyttämiseen. Moni kaipaa rohkaisua, uusia näkökulmia ja konkreettisia askelia kohti omia tavoitteitaan. Myös inspiraatio, vertaistuki ja verkostoituminen nousivat vahvasti esiin.

Mentorointiin osallistutaan myös toiveena vahvistaa itseluottamusta ja löytää oma ääni työelämässä. Useat osallistujat nostivat esiin yhteisöllisyyden merkityksen – halun jakaa kokemuksia ja rakentaa luottamuksellista tilaa, jossa voi kasvaa yhdessä muiden kanssa.
Musementoring begins in Southwest Finland – participants and mentors embark on a shared journey
Musementoring in Southwest Finland begins with excitement and anticipation. We received 70 applications in total for participating to musementoring, and now the participants and the 12 mentors are setting off on a shared journey toward insight, direction, and growth.
Of the participants, so far, 42 have responded to the initial survey, sharing their expectations for the mentoring process. The most common hopes relate to clarifying one’s career path and future direction. Many are seeking encouragement, new perspectives, and concrete steps toward their goals. Inspiration, peer support, and networking also emerged as key themes.

Participants also expressed a desire to strengthen their self-confidence and find their voice in working life. Many highlighted the importance of community – the wish to share experiences and build a space of trust where growth can happen together.
Mentorointi on yhteinen prosessi
Myös mentorit lähtevät matkaan avoimin mielin ja vahvalla halulla tukea osallistujien kasvua. He näkevät muusamentoroinnin vastavuoroisena prosessina, jossa jokainen kohtaaminen voi synnyttää uusia oivalluksia – molemmin puolin.

Mentorit tuovat mukanaan monipuolista kokemusta, kuuntelun taitoa ja halua rakentaa turvallinen tila, jossa jokainen voi tulla kohdatuksi omana itsenään. Heidän roolinsa ei ole vain ohjata, vaan myös oppia ja kasvaa yhdessä osallistujien kanssa.
Mentoring is a shared process
Mentors, too, begin the journey with open minds and a strong desire to support participants’ growth. They view musementoring as a reciprocal process, where every encounter can spark new insights – for both sides.

Mentors bring diverse experience, the ability to listen, and a commitment to creating a safe space where everyone can be seen and heard as they are. Their role is not only to guide, but also to learn and grow alongside the participants.
Kohti vaikuttavuutta – yhdessä eteenpäin
Muusamentorointi tarjoaa mahdollisuuden pysähtyä, kuunnella ja oivaltaa – sekä yksin että yhdessä. Matka on yhteinen, ja sen suunta rakentuu osallistujien ja mentoreiden vuoropuhelussa. Odotukset ja tavoitteet käyvät vahvasti yksiin: halu löytää oma suunta, vahvistaa itsetuntemusta sekä kasvaa ihmisenä ja ammattilaisena.
Yhteinen matka on alkanut – avoimin mielin ja täynnä mahdollisuuksia.
Toward impact – moving forward together
Musementoring offers participants a space to pause, listen, and reflect – both individually and collectively. The journey is shared, and its direction is shaped through dialogue between participants and mentors. Expectations and goals are strongly aligned: the desire to find one’s path, strengthen self-awareness, and grow as a person and professional.
The journey has begun – with open minds and full of possibilities.
